1. Intended Use and Purchaser Qualifications
Our Products are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. By purchasing our Products, you represent and warrant that you possess the knowledge, training, facilities, and lawful authority necessary to safely purchase, handle, store, and use research materials exclusively for laboratory research. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase our Products.
The Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, or as food additives, drugs, or cosmetics. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Product Handling and Safety
You acknowledge that the Products may have hazardous properties and that you are responsible for their safe handling, storage, and disposal. You agree to implement necessary industrial hygiene and safety protocols to protect workers from any health and safety hazards associated with the Products. We are not liable for any damages that may be caused by negligence, abuse, or any other unforeseen matter.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities or deny sale at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before order shipment. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment processing is provided securely by our third-party payment providers and is subject to their applicable terms and security standards.
4. Returns and Refunds
Because the storage, handling, chain of custody, and integrity of research materials cannot be verified after delivery, all sales are final. Products may not be returned after delivery, even if unopened.
Hygea Peptides may, as appropriate, replace an affected item, issue store credit, or refund the amount paid for a verified damaged shipment, incorrect or missing item, or shipment determined to be lost after a carrier investigation.
Damage, incorrect-product, and missing-item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and requested supporting documentation. Cancellation requests must be made before an order has been processed or shipped and are not guaranteed.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Complete requirements, exclusions, and claim instructions are provided in our Return and Refund Policy.
5. Store Credits
Hygea Peptides may, at its sole discretion, issue store credits to customer accounts as a courtesy for shipping delays, order issues, or other circumstances. Store credits carry no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another customer, or applied to previous orders. Credits are non-transferable and may only be applied toward future purchases on Hygeapeptides.com. Store credits do not expire. Issuance of a store credit does not constitute an obligation to issue credits for similar circumstances in the future.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
